With a large, technology-enabled classroom and a gorgeous setting on Presque Isle Bay, the 3,686 square foot Boathouse is perfect for education and meetings. Half of the building’s space is dedicated to a 50-seat full-equipped instruction room complete with a kitchenette. These boats are available for lease to local schools and colleges who are interested in establishing interscholastic and intercollegiate sailing programs.
